THIS CAMPAIGN IS NOW CLOSED.
Kawsar Chamma is a 38 year old NSW mother with Stage 4 terminal cancer who is in palliative care, she has been refused an exemption to quarantine at home. She has tested negative for Covid-19 on two occasions, once before leaving for Australia and once after arriving home.
Kawsar is in the extreme ‘at risk of dying’ category if she contracts Covid-19 and is at significantly higher risk in a NSW quarantine facility.
Additionally, Kawsar has a 6 year old son who does not understand or comprehend why he is unable to be with his mother in her final days.
Kawsar urgently needs to be in the arms of her loved ones, it’s the only merciful solution.
